Suburban SF30 furnace

Hi all,

The Suburban SF30 furnace stopped working two days ago after it was working fine for past 2-3 weeks when we started using them (We are in MD right now and we have hit lows of 30 degrees two days in row).
 We have enough propane and stovetop showing strong blue flame on three burners so I believe propane connection is fine.  I did turn off the on/off switch on the circuit board in furnace and at one time, it did run for about two minutes working good (feeling heat from exhaust tube to outside) then it stopped.
Fan motor is working.  So I guess the problem might be ignition.  I see red led on circuit board flashing like once every second.  I checked thermostat and it seems fine.  (I already ordered new digital thermostat which I should get it tomorrow).
 Any suggestion what steps I should take beside replacing the entire furnace (the cost seems to be around 450 to 550 dollars range for new furnace SF30).

My LD is 2003 30' LD IB.

I had a similar problem which was caused by a buildup of carbon on the ignitor tip. The mobile RV tech removed the burner bar (4 screws) to get to the ignitor and scrapped the tip til clean. It's accessed from inside the coach by opening the cabinet panel and then removing the metal furnace panel. Expect the gasket to fall apart so be prepared to replace it. Hope this helps fix your furnace.

I could not figure out how to remove the burner assembly from inside so I waited for RV tech guy to come up.  He finally stopped by after waiting for couple of days.

He took out the circuit board and seems like a sticky relay switch inside the black enclosure on the circuit board as he tapped with screwdriver and now it works.  So he recommend replacing that old circuit board with Dinosaur Electronics circuit board (Fan 50 Plus Pins) which he says better than the OEM one.  So when he get it then he will stop by to replace it.  So it is good to stay warm inside!

I plan to add filter (like the house furnace filter) to the inlet under sink as I see there was a lot of dust in that area where furnace sucks the air in.
