I talked to Lazy Daze and they said they can send a new bumper but to be VERY careful of any damage beyond cosmetic to the bumper. (Any used RV should be carefully inspected before buying anyway, but damage of this type needs special attention.) The damage to the bumper *may* just be cosmetic, but the LD bumper is pretty sturdy, and the photos indicate that it took a substantial hit. I would *not* rely on any assurances from the dealer (or the owner) that the back end didn't sustain collateral damage.As always, YMMV.Joan

The pictures in the add don't have enough resolution to make a decision. Needed are pictures of the Aluminum skin on the back of the RV from two or three angles behind the damage, pictures from two ro three angles of the back drivers side near the bumper, and pictures from underneath of the area around the damage and the bumpers support. If the body appears straight in the pictures spend the money on someone to check out the damage and rest of the RV. If the skin is buckled walk away. I would also ask for pictures of the roof seams and the caulking around the vents. A LD of this vintage should be looking at resealing the roof for the first time. It might have been done already, but might still need doing. Florida sun is tough on paint and roof coatings. The independent guy checking out the RV should look over the roof from the outside as well but some pictures will let you know if there are any glaring things going on and may save you the cost of an independent appraiser.
