Howdy from Bill in Montana.  I have been following a couple on their adventure to Alaska via the ALCAN in their Lazy Daze.  It looks and sounds like they are just way to much fun by their pictures and notes. I am one who has a ALCAN trip on my bucket list. For anyone contemplating such a trip, I am sure you will enjoy their pictures, notes, etc.

We did trips to Alaska in 2005 and 2012.  I blogged about the 2012 trip in my photo/travel blog.  The first post on the 2102 trip is at: Art's Work: Mobius Arch .

We are presently traveling around AK. and blogging at tomandkristengreatrvadventure.blogspot.com.
Heading to Denali tomorrow then meandering southward and boarding ferries on August 3rd. Only spotted another LD in Canada thus far.

Sorry for my incomplete message earlier today. I did not realize it went out. As I started out we did Alaska in 1999 and still have fond memories about it. No, we did not do Alaska with our Lazy Daze but with a 33 ft Apollo. Despite a few breakdowns and mechanical problems it was an unforgettable trip. We are even thinking about doing it once more with our Lazy Daze. Denali, Homer Spit and Seward, as well as all the wildlife along the Alaska Highway are still fresh in our minds. We can recommend this trip to every one.
