Is there anyone in the Myrtle Creek, OR area that can help me with looking at a 27' LD around Wednesday, 3/25/15?

I'm going to look at a 2001 with 115,000 miles. Thoughts on what I should look for / be wary of?  That too many miles?
I downloaded inspection checklist from files but 115,000 miles seems like a lot. How long to engines last?

Number one thing to check is for water leaks/damage. Also appliance operation including air conditioner and generator. If you review a post from lw5315us in the last couple days it gives an extensive list of what to check.
Also good checklist in files section.

If the chassis/V10 has been maintained that is not a lot of miles. Without good maintenance records matching Ford recommended intervals I would pass. If it has a Banks or K&N air filter I would pass since they can let dirt in and affect engine life.  Have seen 2 LD's over 150K with original V10's running fine but using a little oil. My 2001 has 84K on it and runs excellent. It has towed for much of it's life. A trailer with a Quad and prospecting equipment before I got it. Now a Jeep Cherokee Toad over many mountain passes and desert offroading.
