oven door March 19, 2015, 05:03:49 pm Yahoo Message Number: 151627I was surprised the other night when the glass front of my Atwood oven shattered into thousands of shards onto the floor. I had barely touched the handle, but obviously age has been taking its toll. My Lazy Daze is a 1997 MB with only 43,000 miles, but obviously everything ages and I do a lot of baking. The door still seems fine, and for the first time I have a metal surface in my "home" that can hold magnets, but I'm guessing it will likely get hot to touch. I haven't used it yet, but will probably try later today. I think it's safe enough but guess I'll find out.This might soon be a good excuse to upgrade to Andy's Magic Chef 22" white stove, but I haven't found one online and am not near a Camping World.Ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks! Kristin
