How long to sell a Lazy Daze?

My wife and I are considering buying a new Lazy Daze. We currently have a 2004, 25.5 ft Front Dinette and want to upgrade to a 27' model.  We are wondering how long it took some of you to sell your models? I would hate to commit to a new model not sell ours & then have 2! But also don't want to be without an RV for a year if they sell fast. Your input is appreciated.

Two weeks on the sale of or '99 in 2006.  We had several serious people looking who were disappointed they did not buy it when the looked as when they made up their minds to buy it, it was already sold.   We ordered our 2006 30IB Anniversary Edition in the summer and advertised our '99 in late Fall as we had some RV plans.  Understand that today the wait is about one year for a new model.

Hi Jim, I got your request. It is weird that I got three inquiries in one day after my original post over a month ago. Our rv is a 2004, 24.5' front dinette. It currently has about 82000 miles. I feel it is in very good to excellent condition. All systems work as I always fix things and consistently do proventative maintenance. Tires are one year old, generator has 500 hrs.(reg maintenance every 150 he's), Had an overhaul (new plugs etc. at 70,000 mi), fuel pump at about 65,000 mi, new. Shocks 2 yes ago plus more.  Couple of dings on passenger side but not bad. Have new Sirius radio. Has steer safe. I also tried to install a backup camera. It worked for about a year but stop working this year. I have all the parts so maybe someone smarter than me can get it working. I also put in a TV/DVD player.
 My wife and I are still using it. It will be available after October 1st (that's why I haven't listed it yet). I am asking $34000 for it but if I can work out a "trade" at the factory when our new one comes in (suppose to be in Oct or Nov), I'd chop off $2000.
 I guess I should go ahead and fill out the info on the life with lazy daze site and take some good pictures of our rig.

I found a  2007, 24 ft MB with "everything" on it including Tow bar for car and only 38,000 miles. It was in Sequim, WA. Normally I would not buy anything from a rainy or snowy state but this one was stored in the garage and "shined" like brand new. I found it for a friend of mine as I am looking for the 27 foot RB or RK. She paid $36,500 for it. We just got back yesterday from picking it up. She's very happy.. *:) happy
