Next time you are traveling through Colorado on I-70 stop in at the Shooters Grill in Rifle, CO and have a good friendly meal. Prices are right but try to stay away from the rush hour meal times unless you do not mind eating in a crowded restaurant. I like to hit it on my way to Utah from Denver.
