OEM Directrional TV Antenna

Has anyone had a problem with their Winegard TV antenna not turning? If so is there a fix or just replace it? I can raise mine fine but when trying to aim it the knob just spins freely and won't engage. Sometimes it's useful for getting the news when out in the middle of nowhere.
