Tire pressure

I live in Santa Fe, 7000 ft.  I just bought new Michelin tires for my 23.5 tk,  discount tires inflated all the tires to 75 psi, it says 65 front and 55 rear on the truck door .  I am heading to higher elevations.any advice on the correct tire pressure? I am not a fulltimer, so am fairly lightly loaded Alphpup
