Propane bottle out of date 12 years old.

Here in Denver Wal-Mart is running a propane special. The exchange price for  a full one is $18.92. They are having a special of $18.92 and you also get a  free gift card for $10.00 The refilled bottle price is then $8.92. This is a  good chance to get rid of that outdated bottle that is 12 years old and needs to  be inspected. The exchange bottle that I got has a date of 4/2013. The bottle  that I gave them had a date of 3/2000. I just look at the bottles for one that  looks like new and check the date. Pick one that has a new date. The person that  is giving you the bottle does not care. Check your local stores.
