bad ground connection January 30, 2014, 06:26:01 am Yahoo Message Number: 144785I was having trouble getting power to my tow vehicle from my 1997 LD the other day and had a friend drop by to see if he could find the problem. Power was going to the Tow Connector Module a very low volt was going to the tow cord receiver...we bought a new tow connector module but the problem continued..The problem was finally solved! the ground wire was fastened to a bolt(which was corroded.) We cleaned up the bolt with sandpaper and wouldn't ya know it...all is well now...simple problem solved...added some white lithium grease on the bolt and connection... simple problem fixed for now...
