Sink Removal '02MB November 14, 2013, 07:07:57 am Yahoo Message Number: 143606Bought a new sink from MS. Should be just a drop in deal. Trouble is before I drop in, I need to take out. I disconnected drains and hold down clamps but it won't budge. I know it is sealed in place with caulk but I even tried to slip a chisel under the lip but so far no success. Anyone done this? Should I try heat? Advice appreciated.Roger and Elizabeth Bootsthekitty '02MB "Playpen" Visit the Quartzsite Board: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/LazyDazeQuartzsite/ Visit Roger's Ramblings, Kitchen Craft, and RV Recipes http://rogersramblings41.blogspot.com/I make the mistakes so you don't have to

Then put a putty knife into the gap to free it. When I took my old faucet off I had a similar problem. They use an incredibly strong caulking. May need to do the heat underneath in one place towards the back and see how it works. Good luck, johnOn Thursday, November 14, 2013 6:08 AM, Roger wrote:
