Yahoo login problems October 31, 2013, 12:28:36 am Yahoo Message Number: 143347Here's something that happens to me occasionally (most recently, yesterday), and I know it has hit others in the group:You go to the website. Your name appears at upper right, so you know you're logged in. Yet you find yourself unable to get to any of the files, photos, etc. And while you can read the messages, you can't reply or post a new message. These symptoms mean you're not logged in--yes, even though Yahoo is showing you as logged in! It's a Yahoo bug. (Quelle surprise!) Fortunately, there's an easy solution: log out and then log back in again.See that place at upper right where your name, "handle" or initials appear? Hover your mouse over it to get the membership menu, and choose the "Sign Out" command at the bottom. Then sign back in, and you'll find your privileges restored. :-)While we're on the subject of sign-ins... I occasionally get emails from members who can't sign in. Four times out of five, it turns out that they're trying to sign in under a different email address than the one they originally registered with. So if you run into a "can't sign in" problem, that's something to check.Andy Baird http://www.andybaird.com/travels

Before you log out and then back in, make sure to copy any work and transfer it somewhere safe. When logging back in, all previous work is lost, grrrrr.Larry
