My husband and I recently visited Humboldt Redwoods State Park near Eureka, CA. We stopped at the Visitor Center and there, in all it's glory was The Travel Log.  This amazing RV was built in 1917 and the body of the rig was cut from one huge redwood log.  The exhibit has only been at the Visitor Center for a couple of years.  They had to build a new wing of the structure to house this rather large RV.

I have posted some photos (taken at close range because of the lack of space in the museum.

That's great to hear--I always wondered what became of the old Travel Log. Thanks, Roz! Glad you're still with us. :-)
