Gina and I are responsible for dinner on Saturday. We decided on a Octoberfest theme. Honey Mustard crusted pork tenderloin, red cabbage, sour kraut, and Dur (sp?) McLean Salad (hay I had to make it sound German). For desert we will do pan cooked apple slices with Kishvasser and spices, ice cream is optional. serving for 6 to 10 at Assateague State Park depending on weather. Have fun everyone. Any ways part of this is making the hot potato salad and stuff in the RV. Hopefully the rain will hold off long enough for me to brown the tenderloin on the grill after cooking it in the stove.
