water pump oscillates on-off

I have noticed on my 2010 LD MB that the water pump oscillates on/off with a very annoying sound when the shower is on or when a faucet is not fully opened. I at first thought it was the pump and replaced it but no change. Is this normal? I never had this with my 5th wheel that uses the same pump ( Shure Revolution 2008).

Check routing of the outlet hose. If touching a panel directly, or if an attachment is loose, the panel will vibrate with the pressure pulses.
