Opening files?

It's been a few months know that I can no longer open up the individual listings in the Buying and selling folder. What changed and what do I need to do to fix it? I use Windows 7.

You must download the file(s) to your computer, and then open them with a text editor, like Notepad.  Yahoo changed things a few months ago.

 You have them; you just don't know it. Look in the directory where your web browser saves downloaded files. You'll find that every for-sale ad you clicked on is there, in the form of a text file. Mac users can just double-click to open these; Windows users must first add ".txt" to the end of each filename.
 The reason for all this is that Yahoo changed its behavior. Used to be that when you clicked on one of those files in our website, it was displayed in your browser. In fact, iPhone and iPad users still see them that way. But desktop computers now download them to the hard disk, instead of just displaying them in the browser. The download happens in a second or less, so you probably haven't even realized it was happening--I didn't at first. But as I said, if you look in your downloads folder, you'll find those files.

--- I open files using WordPad because it displays the file content in a more readable form than Notepad, at least for me. Notepad strings the content in one "sentence" across the page; WordPad displays it in "paragraph" format.
