Awning end caps

My awning end caps need replacing on my '95. The one covering the gear crank mechanism broke and the other one is real brittle. Where should I shop for replacements?

"Ditto for our 85.. They look like they were made of pot metal."
They were. On my first trip with my old '85, I clipped the porch roof of a campground office while making a tight turn (they said it had happened several times before). The awning caps were knocked askew. I thumped them back with a mallet that somebody lent me... but a couple of days later as I was driving down the road, the whole awning fell off!
I looked up the cost of replacement (about $800 in those days), thought about it for maybe two seconds... and decided that I had just permanently lightened my rig's load by 70 pounds. ;-)
Yes, they are pot metal. And once those things go, I don't think they're repairable. If I were in your shoes, I'd remove the awning and seal the holes... before it falls off while you're driving down the highway, and possibly causes a fatal accident. I was lucky: mine came off while I was on a seldom-traveled road with nobody around.

I have thought ahead and if should ever happen to me I already have a One-Step pop up shade and will use that, I bout used and no sides so use blue tarps until I can find used mesh sides.
