For Sale Ad Problem
Yahoo Message Number: 136948
I have a friend looking for a 30' Island bed and I see 3-4 listed in the files folder.  I've tried two different computers (internet explorer) to try to open them to see the detail...  no dice.  Anyone (Andy?) have a suggestion to what is going wrong?

Thanks, Lisa and Ghost Rider

Are you logged in to Yahoo, Lisa?  Likely you will have access to only the home page if you're not logged in.

Lisa, I just looked at the for-sale files, and something odd does seem to be going on. The first file I clicked yielded a "File not found." All the others, when clicked, downloaded to my computer as text files instead of opening in my browser (Safari/Mac 6.0.2). Weird.
You may want to check your Downloads folder (or wherever your browser normally puts downloaded files) to see whether those listings wound up there. The downloads are really quick, so you might not have noticed them at the time.
As for why this is happening--beats me! I'll have to see whether I can dig up any information, but Yahoo's not generally very forthcoming about such things.

Andy, the last several "For Sale" posts I've clicked on yielded the same results:  "file not found"
I haven't bothered going to the group's website to see if I could get to the ads that way, but the links don't work from emails.
