I have been successfully using the Tire Tracker system for over three years. The sending units attach to the valve stems and have easily replaceable button batteries. I also use their optional signal repeater that is mounted on the rear window of my 27' rear bath. This assures the toad sensors radio signal gets to the receiver at the cab of the coach. The system is easy to set up and has warned me of some pressure issues before it became a big problem . The link below is where I purchased my system.
