Ron, just curious...would you care to share what "some issues" amounted to?

Chris- The Fleetwood problems were minor ones: a couple of loose hinges, a leak at the bottom of the shower surround. The bigger issue with Fleetwood was a mis-positioned black/grey drain.  When installed it had been pushed too far into the tanks. Solved by loosening two clamps and sliding the plumbing to the proper position.
The major problems were with non-Fleetwood items. First leaking coolant w/ the Ford F-53 chassis (loose clamp;  A Flexsteel sofa that would not lock properly and finally, the biggest issue was a faulty Dometic refrigerator that would not cool properly. Fleetwood traded out the refer for a new one. A local Ford dealer solved the leak and Flexsteel along with Fleetwood techs fixed the sofa.
All of these items probably should have been caught when the coach went through a final check-out at the factory. This is something LAZY DAZE would have caught before delivery. It's all about volume production. On Fleetwood's behalf I must say their customer service has been exceptional. We'll see what happens when the warranty runs out.
