I would like some suggestions for roadside assistance insurance for my L/D26.5MB.

Search on this site using "roadside insurance" or similar terms and you will find many, many discussions and recommendations.

I have had to use the coach net service twice this year.  Once in the RV while on a trip for a tire that kept loosing air and once for a dead battery jump (my car) in my home town.  I was impressed with the service.  The first question was about my safety.  Then the usual about my location and so on.  Each time shortly after the call there was a follow up call from the Coach Net central office to see if I had heard from the local service.  Before I got the RV we had AAA and though they are good at some things I did not receive similar concern.

We have Coach Net, but called AAA for a flat tire on our car last week.  The spare, like the car, is 22 years old, and is one of those pretend, doughnut thingies.  Their routine was the same as John describes below.  After my initial contact, we got two follow-up calls to tell us when to expect the service truck, and then another to make sure everything went smoothly.
We haven't called on Coach Net for several years, but when we did, their service was excellent as well.

I am a fan of AAA.  Have an active membership with them, and the 2 times I've had to contact them for help, they were prompt, called to keep me updated, etc.  For the annual fee of around $140 (I think), its my opinion that they are worth their weight
