 IMO this is not a good deal. I paid $25000 for my 2001 with 61K on it and I would classify that as a fair but not bargain price. The 2003 models and later have quite a few improvements and are worth the extra money. The E350 Chassis a 98 and my (2001) have extremely limited CCC capacity. Easily overloaded.
