Opinions on iPhone keyboard

I'm looking for an iPhone 4 physical keyboard.  Not one of those that pops out from the back of the phone....something bigger.  But still small enough to travel with.  I've looked at the reviews on Amazon and am suffering from TMI [Too Much Information].  Anyone using one they like and if so which one and why do you like it?  I searched the files and didn't really see anything on topic.  Thanks.

Two of the best places for Apple products reviews are MacWorld and MacLife magazines web sites.  CNet is also good.
