Tire choices

Hi all,
It's time to replace the tires on the 2004 MB I picked up last summer. Some of the tires look to be the originals dated 2003. I haven't been driving it much since I got it home. It has been serving as guest quarters.  Mostly for grandparents coming to visit the new twins we had in December.
Anyway, researching tires here finds many like the Michelin LTX M/S (which is what is on there now).  Also some like the XPS Rib and some the Goodyears.
I live in a rural area and will frequently be driving on dirt/gravel roads.

Are the LTX M/S the best choice for that?

There seem to be many Load Range E choices.

Does anyone have any experience with some of these?  Esp. the more "offroad" types like the BFG All Terrain T/A KO or the Kumho???

Thanks, Scott

In viewing your link I can assure you that you will NOT be happy with the BF Goodrich AT tires. They are much too aggressive for a motor-home. I can imagine the contents of your cupboards arranged randomly on your floor. I used to run them on an I-H Scout when I was into 4 wheeling. For that use they are a great tire.
For the LD you need a street tire (even on dirt or gravel roads) and either the Michelin or the Good-years are a prudent choice. I run the Goodyear 947 RSS M+S on my '04 30'IB.
