I'm going to call the mothership right now and put a down payment on that 21 ft island bed!

Is the 21' a new model for 2012 or a typo?

Oops.  Should be 31 ft.

Just out of curiosity (not that I've got 90K sitting around), but when the mothership has some of these prior year models and more current year models available do they do any wheeling & dealing on the older ones just to get them off their inventory books (e.g. drop the price by perhaps 10-15k to move them out)? Just curious

Although I cannot speak from experience there have been posts on this forum to the effect that "YES" the factory will entertain a reduction in price in order to move old inventory. This especially holds true just before the Pomona RV Show when they are getting ready to introduce the new years models.

My understanding is that the price for the coach is the same standard price but you don't have to pay for the options that are added on to the showroom models. All that may have changed though. Best to call the factory and ask.

If I remember correctly, Marti is correct.  I bought the 2010 mid bath last year and it was a few thousand less than what was listed, I doubt they will go 10-15K lower though.  Call the factory though, like everyone else says it was a very pleasant experience, except for the bank account part.

same here... are they making a 21 foot now. or should that have read 31 foot?
And about those 2011 models... do you think there is any "wiggle" room on the prices? Or are they firm?

PS... sure wish they would make a 21 foot.

I was able to get an 2011 24' TK for almost $6K off list. I didn't have to wait it and it had the options I wanted. Original buyer's deal fell through and I benefited. It only had 53 miles on it when I picked it up.
