KUDOS! December 01, 2011, 09:46:49 am Yahoo Message Number: 127035Been home about ten days and have been negligent in sending our kudos to both AM Solar and to Vince at the Mothership. As I mentioned in a previous post, we stopped at AM Solar on this last trip. They were everything you all had said and more. Not only were they knowledgeable but they laid out all our options. We are delighted with the new panels and controller. Several weeks later we stopped at the Mothership to have a few glitches fixed. You all had talked about Vince and even after talking to him a couple of times on the phone we had pictured this grizzled fix-it guy who had all the answers. Boy were we surprised when Vince turned out to be younger than our kids. Cannot say enough good about him. He was thorough and efficient. He fixed or explained all our concerns. Most of all he was incredibly patient. We hope that Lazy Daze appreciates what an asset he is for them. Guess the bottom line is that our choice to go with Lazy Daze for the second time was well founded. They not only make the best unit on the road but they stand by and service those units as well. My address book has many conflicting email addresses where the person's name is different than the email address or they use multiple addresses or names... such as Don and Delta Mike.Larry
