I am a general contractor by trade and would just like to say amen to Andy's silicone comment. I REPEAT: NEVER NEVER NEVER USE SILICONE ON YOUR LD. SILICONE SHOULD ONLY BE USED BY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS! The previous owners of our LD used white silicone to "fix" the corner caps on the back of the LD and now it looks horrible, and worse is that it is VERY difficult to remove without damaging the paint.
