Generator woes January 14, 2011, 07:53:25 am Yahoo Message Number: 119572The Onan on my 1995 23.5' does not have a spark now. We purchased the RV last spring. The generator has less than 200 hours (not good) and has always ran off and on. I'd love to try and fix it and I will give it a go but the area it resides is so confined. plugs and new and it was serviced just before I purchased the rig. Looks like they just changed the oil and plugs however. In situations like this do you all just take them in to a specialist and fork out the big bucks? Is there any replacement generators or is that just too costly? This thing is so noisy and smelly compared to newer ones I have been around.thanks

These issues could have a lot to do with whether repair would be worth the result.Steve
