Protect-a-Tow: What do you think?

We're going forward with setting up our 04RB with a tow setup for our CRV.  I'm anxious to provide protection for the car and wondered what the collective wisdom was on this item compared to a any other type of tow guards.

Would appreciate any thoughts and advice.

I have used a P-A-T for 8 years and it works.  Since I have a new CR-V, I am into protection overkill and also now use a Blue Ox Kargard shield which I bought used.  I have some photos of the P-A-T attached to my Honda Accord if you are interested.  Email me off line.

For what it's worth...
I've towed a 2002 Honda Civic and now tow a 2008 Honda CRV behind my '04 30'IB with no protection what so ever. Over several thousand miles I've never had a problem. Maybe it's because I have a longer overhang than the shorter LDs but for me it's not an issue.
