roof vent cover replacement

A big thank you to all who replied to my recent post asking about after market outdoor showers.  I found the KISS suggestions especially helpful since they were outside the box of my mind.
Now I'm trying to help my son who has a 1994 ~23 ft. RB.  A few feet to the rear of the escape hatch above the cab is a fan unit (not a Fantastic - manufacturer not shown) for which the plastic cover on the roof has recently disintegrated.  The factory said it must be an aftermarket unit.  I hope someone can help me identify the manufacturer or somehow point me to a replacement source.
This stationary cover measures ~ 18 x 24 inches and is (was) screwed into a frame that is a couple inches above the roof.  The frame is screened around the perimeter to allow air flow, and is set in from the edges of the cover to prevent rain from entering.
Inside the coach the unit measures ~ 15 x 15 inches.  It has a "pump on/off" toggle switch on the passenger side. On the front side there are two toggle switches - one for "exhaust/cool"  and one for "on/off.
If anyone can point me to a replacement source for the roof cover I would greatly appreciate it.  Thx.   bb

Sounds that you are referring to the evaporative cooler the older models can with.
I doubt if you will find a new cover but there is a another fix.
You can remove the whole cooler, and its frame, and replace it with a standard roof vent or a powered vent/fan, such as the Fantastic Fan.
