We got the call for our 2010 MB

For those keeping track, Our delivery date is December 13, which results in a 157 day wait. We were hoping for Ron's birthday on the 10th, but a late BD present will do. I tried to update the delivery database, but kept getting an Python error message, whatever that is. I will try updating again later. We've sold our '97 and feel a little forlorn without an LD in the driveway, but looking forward to starting over with the new one.

To update everyone:

Our visit to the LD factory was great! It was very easy to spend a fortune; almost more than we spent on our house 22 years ago and I wasn't even nervous!  The ordering process went smoothly and Todd was great to work with.

Here's the info:  blue midbath, modern paint scheme, maple cabinets, the blue/slate color upholstery with tan carpet and taupe valance trim. Options are two solar panels, battery disconnect switch, rear backup camera, CB radio, heated/power cab mirrors and two extra 120v outlets. One outlet in the rear overhead cabinet drivers side next to the 12v outlet and the other in the rear passenger side next to the overhead fluorescent light. We felt there were enough 12v outlets for our needs.

We were determined not to join the "$50 change fee club" but now we have decided to add the Manual Satellite Antenna.

Expected delivery date is early to mid-March. We placed our order on November 4th. The wait begins!

Rod, It looks like you had a chance to test the LD handling in the wind on Saturday. We hope all went well on the way home and the pressure in the tires didn't bounce you to pieces with an empty coach.  We're looking forward to the new one and also hope it treats us as well as your "new to you rig" treated us. Enjoy your first trip.

 Yahoo is funky that way.  I think you'll find that you'll have to delete your previous entry entirely and then reenter it with the new information.

Mary,
 As the "owner" of the Delivery Times DB, I'd be happy to make the changes for you.  The other approach is to simply delete your original entry and make a new one with the added info.  That's probably what'll have to do.  Either way is fine.  I believe you have my email address.

Ted, Thank you for the reminder. I know I have read that at least a dozen times, but didn't remember it.  I have deleted and added the new information.  Now we just need to pick up the new one so we can use your Western CG POI's.  Thanks for all that work.
