Running wires under the floor
Yahoo Message Number: 114897
I installed a Link 10 battery monitor on the wall just above the electrical panel (the galley sink compartment) in our '91 MB and ran the cable under the carpet and under the dinette seat to the battery compartment.  Now that we have removed our carpet and will lay some other sort of flooring I need to do something about the Link 10 cable.  Is there some sort of channel under the OSB to accommodate the battery cables and if so does anyone know if it is roomy enough to accommodate the Link 10 cable?  And how do I access it?  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Carol '91 MB

Carol..  is it one big cable or several small cables for the Link 10?  Or is it a flat phone/Ethernet line type of wire?  Perhaps you could cut a groove in the bottom side of the new floor and perhaps the LD subfloor to route the cable?
