Broken kitchen window
Yahoo Message Number: 112342
Hi all, Yesterday, while driving from LA to GA, it appears a truck threw a rock and broke the outer pane of glass on our kitchen window (2009 MB). After speaking to Vince and learning the entire window unit has to be replaced, I want to know if others have had places other than the Mothership replace a window. Obviously, the Mothership would be the best option, but they are 2000 miles away. Suggestions? Experiences? Thanks. We have only 7 days to get it replaced before we need to start out for our next assignment.

Ken, I assume your window are Hehr International as Mine are.  Check your manual to be sure.  If so, here is the web with all their locations and phone #.

http://www.nagcoglass.net/ Nagco Glass in Pomona does all the work for LD.  They keep track of the tints and sizes.  Call to talk to someone there.  I believe there are 4 place around the states you can get it fixed.  Shipping is a possibility but discuss that with Nagco.
