Ican't imagine backing it into a space that tight - unless he just gave it more gas... :-) Ken F. in OR
Trash in the vents Reply #3 – April 15, 2010, 11:16:18 am Yahoo Message Number: 111837We have Maxxair covers on all of the vents. Tree "stuff" blows under the bottom of covers and lodges in the screens. [Cottonwood are blooming in south Texas right now] I am thinking about putting foam between the edge of the covers and the roof, but am doubtful that they would stay put at 60mpg. Any other ideas??

Trash in the vents Reply #5 – April 16, 2010, 07:53:38 am Yahoo Message Number: 111870Easy fix, Don. Use strips of foam tape, sticky on one side, that is used to put under truck cap edges. Cut pieces to fit each side of the bottom of the vent cover flange. Fasten them to the bottom of the flange. Cut a small slot where the mounting bracket comes out. Now stuff can't get under there. It's worked well for us. There's so much more information there, beside the vent fix, on other projects you've done in your RB. Great tips, and useful photos.Sharon N.
