battery water consumption

Before the HPV-22B installation, and the Linksys-10 monitor, with the old original RV-30 charge controller, I fried TWO sets of batteries...one 12v set of Interstates, and one 6v set of Interstates...my rig was stored in a semi-shady area on my "pad"....plugged into shore....and the water levels would drop significantly within a couple of weeks....with no way to measure charging/floating amps/volts it was a hit or miss situation and I still had a lot to learn about solar, batteries, and shore power ...

Now, with the setup I have, and two T-105s, plugged in since Dec. living in it fulltime--[except for when the old converter gave up the ghost]... I have not had to put in a single drop of water in the batteries...I still check them every two weeks, but it's been three months and they are still fine. This just proves to me that the suggestions I've followed will safe guard my power setup in the months to come.
Thanks people...special thanks to Andy for his group support, and the great CD!
