I want to add a second sewer hose container. There is space above the factory installed one for another one. While it will require me to get down on my back to access it, that's better for me than carrying it in a bin, contamination and all. Besides, I would only use this hose a few times a year.
 My question what do you call that 4" hose that holds the sewer hose and where can it be bought?
 I have tried storm water drain, drainage hose, etc. But turned up nothing that looks like it.

 The hose with all the holes you are referring to is called "perf-pipe" and is available in two flavors, rigid and flex. The rigid is used for septic leach lines and the flex is mostly used for French drains etc, where it's desirable to have water leach into the pipe and drain off.
 That said, there's a perhaps easier approach to what you want to accomplish (pictures in Yonder album): Use a length of rigid black ABS sewer pipe large enough to hold the sewer drain pipe. The ABS will attach to the front side of the rear skids on the LD using a couple of large stainless steel hose clamps. Not need to buy expensive end fittings for you new sewer pipe holder. Instead drill a couple of holes on each end. Tie a knot in a short length of shock cord, pass it from the inside out (knot on inside) and over the end of the pipe and down through the other hole - knot on inside. Now this shock cord can be easily pulled off to the side to allow you to remove the drain hose. Flip the shock cord back in place to block the opening and hold the drain hose securely. The open ends allow things to "air out".
