I need to replace my front right Bilstein shock on a 2005 midbath.  What size do I get?...is this a Bilstein "Comfort" shock or a "Heavy Duty" shock?

The same size that's there now. You or your mechanic should be able the read the part number on the current shock.
However, I strongly recommend replacing both right and left shocks at the same time. Otherwise you'll have an imbalance that's likely to adversely affect handling... and from a practical standpoint, if the right shock is dead, the left one will probably fail within the next six months to a year, so you might as well get it replaced now. When it comes to suspension repairs, it doesn't pay to do things by halves.
