We deal with interior condensation with a terry cloth dishtowel...try to have an open window when it's warm enough or not raining...sometimes it just comes down to swabbing the interior metal frames down before take off.
Grommets...give boatersworld.com or westmarine.com a try...we were recently in a West Marine store in Santa Barabara and saw lots of grommets...brass of course...after that, what about circus tent grommets...where ever they are found? Or the Boy Scouts?

TinaP,
A word of caution, though. Most of the brass grommets, intended for use on tarps and fabric, have a relatively shallow "grip-range" - -  .023" or so would be typical.
Don't know how thick the wood paneling is, "not very", I suspect. However, it's gonna be at least 1/8" or more >.125". That's why I referred to the extended grip range in my previous post.
Might also check with some of the on-line electronic houses like Digi-Key or Allied to see if they have a better selection of plastic grommets or wire pass-throughs etc.
