It's hit every single RV forum/discussion group I read.
 A quote from the above article: "To give a 50 percent discount to one group is unheard of."
 I guess this person has never heard of Passport America, Happy Camper Club, or Camp Club USA!

 Indeed! Howard's well-researched analysis is level-headed and even-handed. He cuts through the emotional arguments and presents the facts behind the current situation. I don't agree with all of Howard's conclusions, but regardless of which side you're on, this is a must-read article.
