Washington Highway 30/51/25?

Has anyone traveled (in an RV!) Washington 30/51/25 between Carson (just east of North Bonneville on the Columbia) and the connection with Highway 12 at Randle?  (Highway 30/51/25 is also variously named Wind River Rd, Meadow Creek Rd, and Curly Cr. Rd.)
The road looks a pretty straightforward 80 miles or so on the AAA map, but less so in the far-more-detailed Benchmark WA atlas! I'd appreciate knowing any information on the road's condition, i.e., lane widths, curves, ups/downs, any special "cautions", and your opinions on the  advisability of RV travel on this road.  Thanks!

Joan

P.S. I'm an experienced "mountain driver".

It looks like a good road, and if it has a *center line*, it's a super-highway! ;-)  I suspected that the road might be popular with bikers; I'll lessen my chances of meeting any leather-suited cafĂ© racers in the center of my lane on a curve and/or being passed on the right by traveling the road on a weekday!
