22 ft LD, what was the last year they made them?

I want to purchase the most recent 22ft I can does anyone know the last year they were made?  thanks.

looks like 1998...the last year they used the chevy chassis..You can see the changes over the years thru I believe the FILES section of this site. John in the 85 22 ft FL.

The 22 ft was actually last made in 1992, right after I purchased one.  They reconfigured due to the refrigerator design being changed & it turned into a 22 1/2 ft at that time.  So after that, the new refrigerators wouldn't fit in a 22' LD.

Older Lazy Daze FL, MP, RL, and TK models on the 10,500 GVWR Chevy chassis were 22' models, while in similar later years that the Ford chassis was available, these same floorplans measured 23.5'. However, LD produced a 22' model much later which was on the Ford chassis - a yet different floorplan. So, do you want to know what years the Chevy chassis was used, with the above floorplans, or the more recent Ford chassis floorplan? If the former, the Chevy was available until at least '92, but you'll have to make sure it is indeed a Chevy chassis, or you'll not fit the driveway, if that is the measurement concern (as it was for us).

I have seen one 1994 22ft LD.  I have heard of 1995 and 1996 but have not actually seen them.
 There is one one 1993 22ft Front Lounge for sale right now by Gordon Ross.  It appears to be in very good shape and priced very reasonably, 11K.

It was actually in the middle of 1992.  I bought mine in April, came back to pick it up, & the models had changed because of the frig. They also put in a small area of parquet flooring in the kitchen area, whereas mine had carpet.  Yes, it was a Chevy.  I don't know about the Fords, but assuming they had to change the plans on those too.
