Sounds like a Multiplan to me.... I can pull out my rear sofa to make a "permanent" full size bed, and the kitchen is on the passenger side.
Bath in rear drivers corner, then closet, then dinette.  If taking to Canada, pre 1994 (still had Multiplans then, I believe) at 22' 7".  I know of one in Prescott, AZ for sale, excellant shape!!
