Door in 27 Mid-Bath and Ultraleather

We have two cats that travel with us.  These two are early risers and insistent on getting their breakfast before snuggling back in for a snooze.
 In a picture on the brochure it looks like an actual solid door to block off the sleeping area.  On the floorplan it shows a *room divider.*  Is it actually a door that latches shut?

Is ultraleather actually leather or is it a faux leather product?

It sounds like you are trying to compare the two models from the brochure.  I believe the consensus of this group will strongly suggest that you visit the Mothership or find respective models in your area. There is nothing like spending some quality time personally evaluating each unit.
 The door dividing the MB does latch and Ultraleather is faux, but a very good faux.

Malcolm -- Good to hear that there is a door I can shut against those insistent felines--lol.  I'll do a search and see what I can find here regarding the ultraleather.

Later this summer I am hoping to tour the factory.
