Whisper King water pump question
Yahoo Message Number: 102493
Our camping style usually involves at least water and electric, so the water pump doesn't get used a lot.
This year we have been able to get little use out of the pump.  When I turn it on (after the hot water tank is full, etc.) it takes about 30 seconds to turn off, and then when I turn on the water it has a spurt of pressure and then goes to a trickle.  I have flushed the lines out with vinegar in case I have a mineral buildup.  The faucets work fine when we are hooked up to outside water.  It appears to me that the 14 year old Whisper King is ready for replacement.  Is this the way the water pump dies?  It appears an easy enough job to replace the pump, but thought that I would ask the "brain/experience trust" before proceeding in that direction.  Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
