Battery charging question

I have the Parallex Model 7345.
From all appearances, it is not charging the batteries when on shore power. This morning the batteries were not at full charge as you would expect when plugged in all night with only a night light on.
All 120v appliances & outlets work. All circuit breakers work. The HPV-22B Solar Charge Controller indicates its charging the batteries. A 30 minute drive leads me to conclude the engine alternator is charging the batteries.
Any idea why the solar & alternator charging is working but not shore power? Any solution? I've read the manuals on the Parallex & the LD Owners Manual. No clues. Any circuit breakers/fuses I might have overlooked? The Parallex is quietly humming, no I don't recognize the tune, but I haven't heard the fan kick in. On the other hand the interior temperature is 70* so it may not be hot enough for the fan to operate.

 Check terminals 10 and 11 that connect to the battery to be sure they are connected OK.  With your voltmeter measure the voltage across those terminals and compare to the measurement across the battery terminals.  The measurements should be the same.  If not, something could have happened to the wiring between the Paralax and the battery.  According to my LD manual, there is a 50 Amp circuit breaker that may very have been tripped.  The manual says it is within 2 feet of the positive battery terminal.  If you don't see it in the battery compartment, on your MB, pull out the drawer under your fridge and look for a red 6 gauge wire coming through the battery compartment wall.  Track it to the breaker and then reset the breaker.  As I recall, the solar power comes to the Paralax as well, so if the breaker is tripped, your solar panels would not be charging your batteries either.

Other things could be a problem, but try the above for now.
