CB Radio and Antenna May 16, 2009, 09:01:32 pm Yahoo Message Number: 102368We just purchased a Cobra Classic CB Radio for our LD 06 MB. We're wondering where you that have CB radios put your antenna. We were thinking that the driver's side mirror would be an excellent loction, but can't find a bracket big enough to accommodate the mirror arm. Any suggestions?

Plus, I don't think they are metal, consequently they are not grounded like the old fashioned chrome door mount mirrors. Therefore, I recommend you do as I did and that is to mount the antenna on the LD ladder, then run the coax safely under the LD, up through the passenger side step well, into the cab area. The black plastic step well will pop right out. Once it is out, you will see several holes a bit larger than 1/2 inch
