 Are you sure of where the water is leaking from? You might want to get down there with a towel, mirror and light. Dry it really well, and see if you can discern where it's coming from, if you haven't already.
 Remove the bottom plastic fairing, it just clips in place. Then check to be sure the mounting band (hose clamp) is snug. If not, any water in the bowl can slowly seep out and it may look like it's coming from the valve. Fill the toilet bowl and with the pump still turned on supplying pressure, check for leaks. If any, turn the pump off and open a faucet to relieve pressure - - is it still leaking? Flush the toilet to get rid of water in bowl - - still leaking?
