I really need help with my TV.  I was having trouble a couple of months ago trying to get the DVD connection and something was not working then so I decided to put that on hold, since I was snowbound anyway.  Well today I hooked up the electric on DD (Dog Daze) and thought I would try the TV.  It did not work.  First of all it is a 19" Jensen 12V that came with the rig when I picked it up in Dec. of '07.  Here's what I did today:  I pressed the antenna/cable switch (which turned green) so that was on.  The red light came on the TV.  I pressed the power button and the blue button came on.
This is where it is supposed to show something on the screen after a few seconds.  Nothing.  The screen is black.  No picture.  No sound.  If I then press the power button to turn it off, nothing happens and the blue light stays on; it won't turn off.  But if I press the antenna/cable switch, it all turns off.  In reading the troubleshooting guide, it tells me to turn of the power plug and then push it back in.  Since this is a 12V I don't know how.  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?  The troubleshooting guide on their website didn't help either.

Two Questions:

Was the antenna cranked up?

Did you get any "snow" on the screen?

I didn't crank up the antenna because everything was black and that wouldn't have done any good.  No snow.  Just black.  No sound either.
