Oscillating Power Tools

Anyone have or used an oscillating power tool such as the Fein MultiMaster, Dremel Multi Max, or Bosch PS50.  I bought one of these tools from Fein couple years back for my house projects and love it.
The other day I started removing the sealant between swamp cooler and roof using a heat gun.  I remembered I had the oscillating tool so I thought I would give it a try.  I used it with a universal plunge blade and boy did it make the job much easier.  It cut through the old sealant much easier than the heat gun with a stiff putty knife.
These tools are expensive but I have not regretted the purchase.  I'm feeling much better about the roof reseal and the replacement of swamp cooler and rear bath vent.  Maybe tool shops rent these!

The aluminum skin is hyper-thin, and easy to gouge inadvertently. I would go heavy on the heat, very light on the tooling. Experience.
